1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xx5 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account on xx5, depositing PKR funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, entering a bingo room or using any part of the platform in any way, you accept these Terms unconditionally and in full.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus conditions and the xx5 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms will apply to that promotion only, and these Terms will govern everything else.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use xx5, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on xx5. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual — whether through shared payment method, device, IP address, name or any other identifier — xx5 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. xx5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. • One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.

• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on xx5 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The specific payment methods available to you will be displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. xx5 does not accept deposits made by third parties — funds deposited into your xx5 account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. If a deposit is found to have been made from a third-party source, xx5 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• xx5 does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit, do not attempt the same transaction repeatedly — contact support to investigate.
• xx5 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit for compliance or security reasons.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your xx5 account at any time, subject to having completed the required identity verification and having met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. • Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xx5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cricket free bets, bingo promotions and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all xx5 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7 Sports Betting Rules

xx5 offers sports betting across a range of markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. xx5 does not guarantee that any particular market will remain available.
• xx5 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live in-play events.
• Bets placed after a match or event has concluded — due to data feed delay or any other reason — will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules, which are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits are set by xx5 and may vary based on the event, market and player account status.
• xx5 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data error or where the outcome was influenced by information not available to the general public at the time of placing.
• In-play (live) betting carries additional risk due to rapidly changing match conditions. xx5 accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on broadcast delays.

For cricket specifically — including PSL matches and T20 internationals — weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and official tournament rulings will determine settlement. xx5 will follow the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board.

8 Casino, Bingo & Game Lobby

The casino, bingo and game lobby sections of xx5 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer streams. All outcomes are determined by the game software and are independent of any player action prior to the spin, draw or deal.

• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information section of each title.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, xx5 will attempt to settle the round according to the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be settled, the stake will be returned.
• Bingo rooms operate on scheduled sessions. Tickets purchased for a session that does not take place will be refunded to your PKR balance.

• Attempting to exploit game mechanics, glitches or software errors for financial gain is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

9 Player Conduct

xx5 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-type formats.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through systematic abuse, multi-accounting or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the associated deposit.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including for money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.

xx5 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where such activity is identified, xx5 reserves the right to void associated bets and winnings, close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities if required.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned where there is no evidence of wrongdoing, subject to completed verification.

• Platform downtime, technical faults, server outages or maintenance periods.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data feed providers.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform that may be subject to update or correction.
• Losses arising from the inherent risk of gambling, which all players accept when placing real-money bets.

In no event shall xx5's total liability to any player exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xx5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms
